Teen Ministry sponsored events such as Sunday Afternoons of Service & Duck! Serve! Dive! Serve! Dodge! Serve! Dodgeball Tournament, Nine Square in the Air, Feed My Starving, etc. help establish responsible participation within the life, mission, and work of Resurrection Catholic Church. Blessed Carlo Acutis (1991-2006) once said, “each person reflects the light of Christ.” Further leadership growth is fostered when volunteering with the Knights of Columbus during Breakfast with St. Nick, the Neighborhood Food Pantry, Lenten Fish Frys, visiting residents in area nursing facilities, bringing joy to young children during Easter Egg Hunt and other events.
